Land trust and cohousing expert Greg Rosenberg likes to upend conventional notions. Such as, great neighborhoods have to become ever more expensive. Housing that has qualities of an old-fashioned neighborhood and helps open doors to ownership sounds utopian but is possible, says Rosenberg, a systems change advocate from Madison.
