The public is invited to join the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation staff and the Lake Superior Rose Society in the annual Raising of the Roses at the Rose Garden. The 27th annual plant sale, organized by the Duluth Garden Flower Society, is held in the Duluth Rose Garden parking lot at Leif Erikson Park.
