Proctor Area Community Center and City Hall

The 102nd annual Proctor Memorial Day observance and program, sponsored by the Proctor American Legion Post 106, begins at 9:30 a.m. outside of the Proctor Community Center. The observance will be held inside if there is inclement weather. The keynote speaker will be United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Division Chief Dave Anderson.
