Mt. Ashwabay Ski and Recreation Area

The 17th annual Ashwabay Summit Nordic Race in Bayfield is a race that showcases scenic segments of the 43-kilometer network of skate and classic cross-country ski trails at Mt. Ashwabay. The race features a citizen race open to everyone, as well as middle school, high school and college races. Home-baked pies are handed out to overall and age-group winners.
