These training sessions includes information on the dynamics of domestic violence, theories of restorative justice, and the circle process. The Domestic Violence Restorative Circles program is looking for community volunteers from the Duluth/Superior area to participate in a restorative justice process of Transition Circles and Support Circles. Transition Circles work with repeat offenders of domestic violence, as they are transitioning into the community after a period of incarceration.
