T’ai Chi Chih: Joy Through Movement!
Certified instructor Laura Star leads this eight-session T’ai Chi Chih class on "a soft, flowing, moving meditation with 20 movements." Classes are held from noon to 12:45 p.m. on June 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 17 and 19. From the organizer: Easy to learn; the benefits include peace of mind, improved health, balance and joy. T’ai Chi Chih: Joy Through Movement
Certified instructor Laura Star leads this one-hour, four-session T’ai Chi Chih class. Participants will learn 10 movements of the meditation. The class runs Aug. 5-8 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. T’ai Chi Chih does not require a particular level of fitness or coordination. For those with physical limitations, movements may be done seated.
