This one-hour outdoor gentle yoga session is focused on breathwork. Participants will have the option to have a cool lavender cloth placed over their faces during the last 10 minutes of class. If the weather is unfavorable, or the mosquitos are too bad, the group will move indoors. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
