Community Action Duluth is offering free tax preparation to qualifying households starting Feb. 6. Individuals and families making up to $58,000 a year will qualify for these services. Attendees can learn about budgeting to create savings, understanding credit reports, getting out of debt, avoiding predatory lending and getting a mortgage.
