The Embassy presents its light installation that is not at all to be confused with Bentleyville. The celebration takes place at some weird artists garage and yard in Duluth's Central Hillside neighborhood. This year features 19 bands, light installations from mote than 10 Twin Ports visual artists and a whole bunch of other weird and festive stuff.
