In collaboration with the city of Duluth, friends and family of Shiway and Sadie Barry are raising funds to create a memorial and improve the playground at Chester Park. The two girls and their parents Sean and Riana were killed by gun violence last year. The event will include a pasta bar, bake sale and silent auction. Tickets are $15 at the door.
