Douglas County Wildlife Management Area Bird Sanctuary

Join North Woods and Waters in an afternoon of celebrating the northern forests of Wisconsin. Community members and local organizations will come together to learn and teach about the logging and forestry industry, the Heritage Area and what’s happening in northwest Wisconsin. After the program enjoy activities such as poetry and music from Thomas Wayne and Debbie King, a campfire and s'mores, the viewing of photography by Kathleen Wolleat and a hike on the North Country National Scenic Trail.
