The St. Louis River Alliance and the YMCA at the Gary-New Duluth Rec. Center present a Winter Fun Night on Wednesday, January 25, from 4 to 6 p.m.
This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public at the Gary-New Duluth Recreation Center at 801 101st Avenue West. This will be both indoors and outdoors, so appropriate dress for the weather is advised.
There will be a community snow sculpture as well as s’mores and hot chocolate around a bonfire. There will also be indoor activities for warming up and a chance to meet Pat the Piping Plover. The St. Louis River Alliance is hosting this event to present ways of learning about ways to experience the St. Louis River. There are also chances at door prizes.
