Wild Mushroom Hike

Join local wild mushroom expert, Ariel Bonkoski, for a wild mushroom hike. There will be a brief introduction to wild mushrooms before hitting the trails to find mushrooms. Participants are welcome to harvest mushrooms and can bring baskets or mesh bags. She will cover wild mushroom storage or cooking tips at the end of class as we review what we found. Ariel Bonkoski is a self-taught mushroom identification expert that resides in Duluth, Minnesota. She has been studying fungi since 2016 and is now one of the most active mushroom identifiers in North America.
