The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia Police Department are partnering with Legacy Church and Recovery Alliance Duluth to host this Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot of the Plaza 53 shopping center in Mountain Iron.
Area businesses and community members will be decorating vehicles with kid-friendly Halloween displays in the trunks and will be handing out treats.
