Trunk or Treat

Calling all ghosts and goblins (and kids in whatever other costumes are popular this Halloween!), The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia Police Department are partnering with Legacy Church, Legacy’s Celebrate Recovery ministry and Recovery Alliance Duluth (RAD) to host a Trunk or Treat.

It’s a great opportunity for families to safely trick-or-treat during the daylight, not to mention a chance for kids to wear their costume an extra time before Halloween. Area businesses and community members will be decorating vehicles with kid-friendly Halloween displays in the trunks and will be handing out treats.
