The film Bikes vs Cars depicts the global crisis of climate and the earth’s resources. The bike is a tool for change, but the powerful interests who gain from the private car invest billions each year on lobbying and advertising to protect their business. The film showcases activists and thinkers who are fighting for better cities.
Zeitgeist Arts is seeking to connect, educate and advocate around barriers that persist in transportation networks. The Transportation Equity Doc & Talk Series features screenings of documentaries that follow the history of transportation in the United States from buses and bikes to super highways and self-driving cars. A related discussion follows each film.
