Theater Dinner: Cinderella

Step into a storybook evening of magic and flavor with a Cinderella-themed dinner which acts as a prelude to the musical at the NorShor Theater in Duluth. On select evenings in December, enjoy a four-course menu inspired by the charm of the classic tale. Reservations are strongly recommended before heading to the NorShor.

Cinderella menu – $65

Course one: risotto-stuffed pumpkin—goat cheese, cranberry, pancetta
Course two: autumn salad—endive, apple, butternut squash, clementine, toasted walnuts, blood orange vinaigrette
Course three: pan-roasted salmon—fondant sweet potatoes, caramelized Brussels sprouts, saffron cream
Course four: magic flower chocolate mousse torte, crème anglaise and a touch of magic
