Theater Dinner: Cinderella

Step into a storybook evening of magic and flavor with a Cinderella Themed Dinner, a prelude to the musical at the NorShor Theater in Duluth. On select evenings in December, enjoy a four-course menu inspired by the charm of the classic tale. Reservations are strongly recommended before heading to the NorShor Theater to enjoy Cinderella.

Cinderella Menu – $65

Course One: Risotto Stuffed Pumpkin—Goat cheese, cranberry, pancetta

Course Two: Autumn Salad—Endive, apple, butternut squash, clementine, toasted walnuts, blood orange vinaigrette

Course Three: Pan Roasted Salmon—Fondant sweet potatoes, caramelized Brussels sprouts, saffron cream

Course Four: Magic Flower—Chocolate mousse torte, crème anglaise, and a touch of magic
