The Cotton Mansion presents a formal New Year’s Eve night at Duluth’s newest private event venue. This elegant soiree includes chef-crafted hors d’oeuvres, festive party favors, exploration of the mansion, and a premium cash bar.
To make sure this party sizzles, a live three-piece jazz band will perform hits as midnight rolls around and the crowd raises a complimentary glass of bubbly to toast a grand New Year.
This Duluth landmark was originally constructed as a private home in 1909 for J.B. Cotton, lawyer to J.D. Rockefeller and has retained the elegant grandeur of the interior ever since. The newly renovated guest rooms include a third-floor billiards suite.
This is a 21+ only event and formal attire is required.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. with limited admission, and tickets must be purchased in advance through eventbrite.com.
