Sweat for Vets

Sweat for Vets is a sauna and cold plunge event that supports the military community.
Schedule
11:30 a.m. – Event opens
Noon to 8 p.m. – Sauna sessions run every hour
4 to 5 p.m. – Outdoor Yoga Class by Evolve Yoga
4:30 to 8 p.m. – General admission open for saunas, campfires, yard games, Hammerschlagen, pizza and beer
5 p.m. – Short Presentation: Duluth Mayor Roger Reinert’s EMDR Story and VRP thank you
7 p.m. – Raffle drawing
Guests are encouraged to bring their own towels, robes and warm clothes to change into. Changing tents and an outdoor shower will be available as well as portable toilets for guests to use.
