Ride the Munger Trail to the Honey Bee Festival in Carlton. Check in at Wussow’s Concert Cafe in Duluth between 9 and 10 a.m. or jump on the ride at one of the southern departing points — Carlton Bike Rental and Repair in Moose Lake or TJ’s Country Store in Mahtowa. The swarm departs at 10 a.m. for the festival grounds. The festival gates open at 11 a.m. on Saturday and the event runs from noon until 10 p.m.
Participants receive admission to Saturday festival, a Swarm T-shirt, a free beverage ticket and support on the trail.
