The DECC can now be experienced in literally a whole new light with Sunrise Coffee at the DECC. The newly re-furnished Symphony Hall Mezzanine is the spot for watching the sun rise over the Lake Superior harbor with Duluth Coffee Company coffee and a view of the mornings of January with the Lift Bridge as a backdrop.
