Duluth-stämman 2024 is a tradition that originated in Sweden. A stämma gathers musicians and dancers together to celebrate their tradition. The pre-stämma jam will feature an hour long performance by an ad hoc band of Scandi musicians. No cover. This is a family friendly event.
