Public Meeting on Howard Gnesen Corridor Plan
Event Navigation
St. Louis County Public Works staff are holding a public input event including three workshop sessions as they begin planning for improvements on Howard Gnesen Road between West Arrowhead Road in Duluth and Martin Road in Rice Lake.
The three workshop sessions will be held at 3, 4 and 5 p.m.
Anyone who lives along or near this road, or travels on it by car or non-motorized means, is encouraged to attend whichever of these in-person sessions fits best with their schedule.
As part of this early planning process, the county also has formed an advisory team that includes representatives from St. Louis County, the cities of Rice Lake and Duluth, Homecroft Elementary School, two residents who live on Howard Gnesen Road, Duluth Aging Support, Cedar Ridge Neighborhood Association, Hartley Nature Center, Complete Auto Repair and Service business, BikeMN, and the Duluth-Superior Metro Interstate Council.
