Spirit Mountain Recreation Area is offering Duluthians $5 tickets, rentals and tubing on Feb. 23 and Feb. 26 for Spirit Loves Duluth Days. The deeply discounted rates provide Duluth residents a low-cost way to experience what Spirit Mountain has to offer and demonstrate Spirit’s appreciation for the support from the city of Duluth, which traditionally invests tourism tax dollars in the city-owned recreational area.
