Sentient Soundbath with Pau Suárez Gomís

Sentient Soundbath is an evening of communion anchoring into deep presence and peace with Pau Suárez Gomís. This is a guided sound and meditation experience. Wear something comfortable, and bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and or anything else you may need to lay down and relax. Journals are recommended and encouraged, but not necessary. This is a donation based offering hosted at the Art Annex. All are welcome. This is a safe space, come as you are.
