Sea Kayak Moonrise Tour

Close out the day with a little bit of magic. THe UMD RSOP invites the community for an evening on Lake Superior to watch the Sun set and the Moon rise from a sea kayak.
All sea kayaking and safety equipment, cold water immersion wear and instruction will be provided. Attendees are asked to bring headlamps with bright white light, a swimsuit, towel, full water bottle, close-toed shoes or neoprene booties that will get wet, sunglasses with strap, optional sun hat and sunscreen, change of dry clothes for after the tour and a snack — headlamps are required.
The meeting spot it yet to be determined but will be posted on RSOP’s website closer to the date of the trip.
