Pine and Fire is a working-class folk duo from the north woods of Minnesota, formed by longtime best friends, Jobi Adams and Brandi Foster. They blend roots music with a modern punk vibe, and sing original songs with themes of love, escapism, home and growth.

With a pastoral upbringing in northern Wisconsin, Ross Thorn’s music contains themes of the “internal struggles of empathy, questions of human character and virtue, and the search for hope, often finding solace in some unanticipated truth.”
