Quantum Appetizers is a monthly experience that fuses culinary and performance art together in an immersive setting. Episode 2: Quantum Pork features a single bite of smoked pork belly burnt ends manifested by grill master Jeff Brown with a sonic exploration of the history and sounds of pork performed by actor Kate Horvath.
The 30-minute Quantum Appetizers productions (with optional pre- and post-show experiences) feature floor-to-ceiling projection, live autonomous sensory meridian response experienced through headphones, and a different chef and performance artist for every episode. The experiences are designed by visual artist and local cult leader Daniel Benoit.
