Every year the Duluth Preservation Alliance recognizes owners of homes, buildings and structures who have preserved and maintained their property, thereby contributing to the community’s historical character. The annual awards ceremony was established more than four decades ago to highlight the hard work and passion owners put into their properties in order to preserve the historical character.
The alliance’s annual meeting will occur during the awards ceremony, which includes electing 2023 officers, reviewing financials, voting on bylaw alterations and reflecting on the past year.
