Every year the Duluth Preservation Alliance recognizes owners of homes, buildings and structures who have preserved and maintained their property, thereby contributing to the community’s historical character. This year 23 property owners will be honored.
The annual awards ceremony was established more than four decades ago to highlight the hard work and passion owners put into their properties in order to preserve the historical character. This year, twelve properties will receive Centennial Awards and eleven homeowners will receive Preservation Awards for their restoration projects.
Doors open at 6 p.m.; the awards are at 6:30. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar will be available. Masks are suggested.
