The Downtown Duluth Council presents a full summer of free coffee breaks with live music at the Lake Superior Plaza. The series runs every Wednesday through Sept 11. Jess Morgan, a multi-disciplinary poet and musician, sings and plays tunes on their ukulele in between reading poems.
