The Duluth Children’s Museum’s Pollinator Party features activities that celebrate buzzing buddies and their incredible role in the ecosystem. The event will be held outside on the museum’s courtyard and pollinator garden.
The organizers note the event will include these educational experiences:
🍯 Beekeeping & Bee Facts: Learn all about bees and beekeeping from the experts! This might include a live demo hive to see bees in action.
🌸 Pollinator Native Seed Planting: Plant seeds that will grow into beautiful, pollinator-friendly plants.
🦋 Milkweed Planting: Help support the monarch butterflies by planting milkweed.
🎨 Pollinator Crafts: Create fun, pollinator-themed crafts to take home.
🎉 Games & Music: Enjoy lively games and music that will have you buzzing with excitement.
The event is free for Duluth Children’s Museum members and $10 per person for nonmembers (special event pricing does not include discounts).
