Duluth’s 12th annual Norwegian Gingerbread Village is a collaborative effort of the Nordic Center and Nortun Lodge 1-016 Sons of Norway. People of all ages are welcome to view this presentation of gingerbread house masterpieces through the Nordic Center’s window through Dec. 16.
The opening event, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 17, is during the Christmas City of the North Parade. After the opening the Gingerbread City can be viewed during regular gallery hours, noon to 4 p.m. on Fridays and 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
The Nordic Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing Nordic culture with the greater community through social, educational and arts programs.
