Nova: The Secrets in Your Data

PBS North presents a screening of segments of the program “Nova: The Secrets in Your Data” along with a short program created locally by PBS North. These programs provide a deeper understanding of how individual online activity shapes a digital footprint.
Dr. Brandon Olson, College of St. Scholastica professor and director of the master of science in applied data analytics and master of science in project management, will provide a presentation on the use of data and data security. Dr. Olson’s academic interests include data analytics, project management, IT strategy, knowledge management, systems thinking and online education. He teaches courses that include data analytics, project management, capstone projects, and graduate capstone research.
