Northern Waters Smokehaus Cookbook Release

Join Northern Waters and Zenith Bookstore to celebrate the release of the Northern Waters Smokehaus cookbook, Smoke On The Waterfront. A cultural icon of Lake Superior cuisine shares its story, recipes and techniques. The release party with include charcuterie from the Smokehaus, drinks and live music from the Duluth Jazz Collective.

Check out the new Smokehaus location in the lower level of the DeWitt Seitz building in Canal Park.
