Moving from Employee Connectivity to Employee Belonging

Dr. Bob Randall of the College of St. Scholastica will lead a Zoom presentation on Jan. 5, 2022, at 11 a.m. The hour-long professional-development workshop will address the issue of employee connectivity. Topics include:

• The concept of employee belonging.
  Opportunities for organizations to create a culture of belonging.
  The benefits of employee belonging for the employee and employer.
