MN Cohousing – A Listening Session

Wed, Feb 21, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm | Free | Online Event

Event Navigation

The Twin Cities Cohousing Network brings together stakeholders and allies over Zoom to hear ideas for getting cohousing started all over Minnesota. Cohousing enthusiasts are encouraged to share what Twin Cities Cohousing Network, as a statewide organization, could do to make this happen.

A cohousing community consists of an intentional neighborhood of multiple full-featured private homes and includes shared spaces and facilities indoors and out. The community is designed by future residents with the help of cohousing experts. The goal is to make socializing easy, to respect privacy, and to live out the values of the community. Cohousing communities are managed by the residents themselves. Cohousing does not have one financial or legal model.
