Sweet corn is this year’s vegetable of the year. Celebrate the glory of corn at MinnMex Fest.
Registration for the event includes the sampling of food, a corn dish contest with a special celebrity judge, pressure canner gauge testing and an a recipe book.
The festival also includes education programs that cover the success rate of corn in Minnesota and fall gardening essentials.
