From the medicine cabinet to the bar, bitters have a long history of curing ailments and flavoring drinks. This workshop offers participants a large selection of options to make their first bitters blend and perhaps inspire them to start making their own bitters at home.
Participants go home with their first 2-3 ounce batch of bitters (ready in six weeks), a list of the best suppliers for ingredients, and a handful of recipes.
Various workshop times available June 15-18.
