Make Gel Eyeshadow or Highlighter

Participates in this workshop will create jelly eyeshadow or highlighter, choosing from more than 100 colors, and learn to customize their pigmentation and employ various application techniques. Each participant will take home their own 10-gram container of jelly eye makeup or two smaller 5-gram containers.
