Make-and-Take Jelly Eye Makeup

Participants in this workshop make a container of jelly eye makeup, choosing from more than 100 color options.

Jelly makeup applies like a gel, but sets like a powder, leaving behind a satin glow without the slip and slide typically associated with liquid and cream highlighters.

Each workshop participant will go home with a 10-gram container or two 5-gram containers of jelly eye makeup.
