In this 40-minute session, participants will be guided through deactivated breath-work patterns used to relax and regulate the nervous system, as well as activated breath-work patterns used to detoxify the body and release stored and stagnant energy and emotions.
There is a sliding scale pricing system with guidance from Mary Kotter and an option to attend online.
