Author Jeff Esterholm’s new collection of short crime stories, The Effects of Urban Renewal on Mid-Century America and Other Crime Stories.
Set in the fictional town of Port Nicollet (which bears a close resemblance to Superior), this collection features characters who burrow under your skin and explores what happens when people slip their moorings and are set adrift.
Esterholm gives a reading and questions and answers session. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Library. Copies of the book are available for purchase.
