Live from the Heart: Teague Alexy

Duluth artist Teague Alexy will perform work from his vast songbook and discuss his life as a musician during this “Live from the Heart” songwriters/storytellers livestream concert. The online event can be viewed on the Sacred Heart YouTube channel. Paul Lundgren of Perfect Duluth Day will host.

Alexy’s songwriting is clearly influenced by his home in Minnesota as well as his childhood in New Jersey and life as a travelling musical hobo. Hiss storytelling side has deeper roots to his Irish ancestry. The name Teague was once used to describe the storytelling poets who travelled ancient Ireland.
Studio audience members must arrive no later than 6:45 p.m. at the building’s east entrance. Sacred Heart requires masking and proof of vaccination or 72-hour negative COVID-19 test to gain entry.
