Flamingo Fest is the annual Fully Fabulous Neighborhood Glam Challenge, featuring music, prizes and decorations throughout the district. There are three ways to participate: 1. Find the flamingos hiding throughout the district at participating businesses. When you spot one, take a picture and post it.
