The League of Women Voters of Duluth presents this high-tea luncheon with rental hats, games, door prizes and presentations about the Duluth Model and Harriet Beecher Stowe by local National History Day students. Funds will be used to provide voter registration, candidate forums and other LWV programs to the Duluth community.
