Knit a New Favorite Winter Hat

Using Nancy Lindberg’s Hats That Fit pattern as a base, this two-part class helps participants design and knit a winter hat for you or to keep someone else warm. The first class goes over inspiration materials, determine what yarn(s) to use, and draw out a design.

The second class is used to problem solve, work on projects, and do some show-and-tell with those who have completed projects. Students work in the round and learn how to read a chart, choose colors, and may learn a new basic skill (cables, colorwork, or lace patterns) depending on the design.
