Kaleidoscope: The Circus Science Spectacular
Event Navigation
The Circus Science Spectacular closes out this year’s Kaleidoscope series by playing with real-life scientific concepts. Performers Steve Russell and Kobi Shaw use circus arts to demonstrate Forces and Motion, Simple Machines, Matter, Air Power, Chemical Reactions, and more, to kids and their families.
Kaleidoscope programs are held outdoors on the Main Library Plaza, rain or shine. Each program lasts about 45 minutes. An adult should accompany children under eight. There will be a sign language interpreter for this performance. Promotional photos will be taken at the programs. Talk to library staff if you do not wish your child to be photographed. Attendees may bring blankets to sit on, but organizers ask that chairs and pets are left at home.
All Kaleidoscope programs are sponsored by The Kiwanis Club of Duluth, the Duluth Public Library Foundation, and The Friends of the Duluth Public Library.
