This lesson teaches participants how to transfer your designs onto a linoleum block, carve, print, and repeat. Artist Alyssa Swanson facilitates creative imagery based on the print “Coral Fantasy” by the renowned printmaker Emmy Lou Packard by using a collaborative process. Packard was known for her paintings, prints, and murals, as well as her activism. At the end of class, students have three prints to gift, keep, or trade. This class is structured for students ages 13+. No experience is necessary.
The cost is $30 for Members and $35 for non-members.
